When can I go to gym after LASIK?
You can restart simple exercises, like running and lifting light weights, after about two or three days following a laser eye LASIK surgery. Avoid strenuous or heavy workouts like lifting heavy weights as this may strain your eyes causing discomfort which may also worry you.
Can you go to the gym after laser eye surgery?

While it’s tempting to use that time to catch up on emails or text people about your experience, you need to give your eyes a break. It’s fine to watch TV after taking a nap following your LASIK procedure. However, smaller digital screens can irritate your eyes immediately after surgery.

Can you fight after LASIK?

Can I cycle after LASIK?
You can resume all running and cardio the day after the procedure. You may also participate in outdoor cycling, with good wraparound glasses, during the first week after the procedure. No problems with weightlifting. No sauna for 6 weeks because of the drying effect, and no steam room for 3 weeks.
